In the ongoing pursuit of LGBTQIA rights and inclusion, we have witnessed both progress and setbacks. While strides have been made in many countries, challenges persist. In this climate, initiatives promoting inclusivity and support are paramount. Among these efforts, myGwork stands out for its dedication to advancing LGBTQIA inclusion in the workplace globally.
To further this mission, myGwork has launched a vital survey aimed at understanding the experiences of LGBTQIA employees in the workplace. Focused on four key areas – openness/authenticity, mental health, discrimination, and support & inclusion — the survey seeks to gather comprehensive insights into the challenges and opportunities facing LGBTQIA individuals in various work environments.
Open to LGBTQIA individuals aged 18 and above who are currently employed, the survey guarantees complete anonymity and takes just 10 minutes to complete. Participants will be automatically entered into a draw to win one of three home spa treatment vouchers from Urban, each worth £90. Deadline is 12 May.
