Get ready to watch the best of the Iris Prize 2023 this year. The short films from last year’s Festival are going on tour! In February, the organisers of the world’s largest LGBTQIA short film prize will be travelling around the UK to showcase some of the amazing work of queer filmmakers.

Iris will be taking two programmes of short films on tour: Best Of Iris 2023, and Falling In Love With Iris. The Best Of Iris is composed of the extraordinary short films that were honoured and celebrated at the 2023 Iris Prize Film Festival including the Best British Short winner F**KED and Iris Prize winner Scaring Women At Night. Their second programme – Falling In Love With Iris – is a selection of short films perfect for Valentine’s Day.

Grant Vidgen, Festival Manager said: “We have been taking Iris on the Move for the last eight years and we love nothing more than sharing the films that made us proud over the last year. We are very proud of all our Iris alumni and their short films, so it is an absolute joy to present our two programmes outside of Cardiff.”
