The UK’s leading LGBTQIA talent management agency, House of Androgyny, has launched a new project in aid of Trans Awareness Month this year entitled HOA Change Makers

Due to the current transphobic rhetoric which is permeating society at large, many LGBTQIA influencers, artists and creators have noticed a significant impact to their careers. The new initiative Change Makers will specialise in speaking, education, and consultancy, offering brands the chance to work with LGBTQIA individuals to work towards trans inclusion.

Current Change Makers include non-binary activist Jude Guaitamacchi, asexual activist and model Yasmin Benoit, award-winning trans activist Charlie Craggs, and Sex Education’s very own Felix Mufti.

“Unlike other agencies, we are an entire team of queer people that share a common ethos,” House Of Androgyny wrote. “We all have a responsibility to shape the culture around diversity and inclusion. Your brand has the power to reinforce positive narratives and empower education through your products and services.”

These Change Makers are available for lunch & learn, fireside chats, panels, workshops and training. Head over the House of Androgyny page to learn more: https://www.houseofandrogyny.com/hoa-change-makers
