In a tense moment from the preview of Selling Sunset, Chrishell Stause corrected co-star Marie Lou-Nuerk about her partner G-Flip’s pronouns during an argument. Ahead of the seventh season of the reality TV show Selling Sunset, Netflix posted a teaser clip showing Chrishell once again bringing queer issues to the screen.

During the argument, Marie said that she “really liked G [Flip] a lot” and then proceeded to use she/her pronouns to describe the Aussie rockstar. Chrishell, being the icon that she is, quickly called Marie up on that.

“Okay, my partner is non-binary,” she replied. “They use ‘they/them’ pronouns. This is a simple thing.”

“This is the depth of our relationship, where the most important person in my life, you don’t know their pronouns. Which is totally fine, but my point is that you also don’t know me. I’m not gonna be your friend like I don’t have anything in common with you,” Chrishell continued.

Marie apologised by saying “Oh sorry” but it was clear from this clip that tensions will be running high in this new season.

Chrishell and G Flip have been dating since March 2022, and earlier this year we saw the pair celebrate their Vegas wedding! Chrishell has been a fan fave on Selling Sunset since she joined the team, and we’re so excited to see her in the new lesbian thriller Lifetime movie You’re Not Supposed to Be Here.

Selling Sunset will be available to watch on Netflix on Friday 3 November.
