The Love Island and Arsenal WFC lovers are couple goals!

If you’re a Love Island fanatic, you’ll probably remember 2019’s iconic winner Amber Gill. Last year, sapphics everywhere rejoiced when she came out via a tweet which said: “Switching teams was the best decision I made in my life”. She also added that: “Watching men makes me feel ill. I couldn’t put myself through it again.”

So you can imagine our excitement when she confirmed in March this year that she was dating Arsenal WFC Scottish footballer Jen Beattie. Here are all the reasons we can’t get enough of this couple!

The way they teased us before making it official

Before the pair confirmed they were dating in March this year, the internet became FBI-level spies to work out whether the couple were together or not. Amber and Jen both posted cryptic Instagram stories and TikToks which linked them together, but we were left hanging for months in anticipation before they went Insta-official.

We love their TikToks

Ever since the pair revealed that they were dating we have received so much cute couple content. From doing TikTok challenges to showing off their OOTDs, we can’t get enough of this pair. Amber even captioned one video with: “Your parents.” Please adopt us!

Amber is the best WAG

We love a supportive girlfriend! Amber is always showing off her red Emirates jersey and has been seen at a number of Arsenal WFC games to cheer on her girlfriend. Save us a seat next time.

Their soft launch Insta posts

If anyone knows how to do a soft launch, it’s Amber Gill. Posting a photo dump with the caption “February you were cute jeans x” we love decoding which photos Jen has taken. Who got you that bouquet of flowers, Amber? 👀
