Oh hey, LGBTQI musicians! Fancy yourself a networking event? A collaboration between RM Events and Musicians’ Union, the LGBTQ+ Musicians Networking Event will be taking place on 18 June from 3-10pm at Aquum on Clapham High Street.

There will be rooftop DJs including ITSDJYAZ, DJKIZZI, DJ KB and Stephanie Collingwood, live vocal performances and even a buffet. What a treat!

To join the Musicians’ Union, visit their website at The Musicians’ Union (MU) represents over 32,000 musicians working in all sectors and genres of music. As well as negotiating on behalf of its members with all the major employers in the industry, the MU offers a range of services tailored for the self-employed by providing assistance for professional and student musicians of all ages.

Existing MU members can join the LGBT+ Members Network. The network is a space where people with shared identities can connect, network and make positive change across the MU and the music industry. The network ensures that the voices of LGBTQI members are heard, and that opportunities for activism and leadership are created. The network is open to all members who identify as LGBTQI.
