An online literary festival taking place this weekend, featuring your favourite Bold Strokes Books authors

Have you already raced through your lockdown reading list? Are you looking for a weekend activity that will introduce you to a whole host of LGBTQI writers? 

LGBTQI fiction publisher Bold Strokes Books is hosting a three day webinar Bookathon for your viewing pleasure this weekend. Connect with your favourite authors as they read from their latest and forthcoming books, and discuss all things literary.

Clear you diary and join in for panels, chats and readings 31 July – 2 August. What more could you want? 

Kicking the Bookathon off will be GLAAD chair, Pamela Stewart, followed by writing workshops from some of the best LGBTQI authors in the industry, exploring everything you need to know about writing successfully. 

Pamela will be speaking from her decades of experience in business, LGBTQI advocacy, as a Black woman, an aspiring author and an avid reader and supporter of Bold Strokes Books’ fiction. 

All of the below events are free and everyone is welcome to register and attend. 

Pamela Stewart is Senior Vice President, National Retail Sales at The Coca-Cola Company. She serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of GLAAD; Co-Chair of Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms’ LGBTQ Advisory Council; and Board member of Coca-Cola’s Global Women’s Leadership Council. Pam is also a proud graduate of the Golden Crown Literary Society Writing Academy and is an aspiring LGBTQI fiction author.
