It’s back! Everyone’s favourite sapphic dating show has finally returned to BBC Three, and we are lapping it up.
I Kissed A Girl (IKAG) has sent another 10 singletons to the iconic Masseria for a summer of love, friendship and lots of drama. Hosted by Dannii Minogue and narrated by Charley Marlowe, this series has us firmly on the edge of our seats. To celebrate the release of the first four episodes, here are some of the moments that had us laughing, cringing and cooing. Spoilers coming!
Everyone already knowing each other from the outside world
Look, it’s not helping the stereotype that all sapphics know each other. We were kicking our feet when Renee and Lindsey admitted that they had already FaceTimed on the outside world! Add Imogen and Ebony’s former friendship into the mix and it’s basically just a big, gay catch up.

Lindsey being a complete style icon
Listen, last series it was Amy Spalding’s iconic boots. This year, it’s all about Lindsey’s impeccable wardrobe. The bikini top? Perfection. The one-piece for the opening party? Breath-taking. We cannot wait to see what else she pulls out of her suitcase.
The Faye, Elisha and Elise triangle
The drama started early in the season this year with this very confusing situation. The main takeaway? Communication is key, especially if you’ve spent all night necking on with someone else.
Bend It Like Beckham headbands are taking over the Masseria
While we’re talking about Elise, we can’t get enough of her homage to Jules in Bend It Like Beckham with that iconic headband. Another masc rocking this look is Ebony, who is quickly becoming a firm favourite due to her facial expressions alone.

Renee opening up about not feeling heard as a masc
Other than the drama and snogging, one of the things we love most about IKAG is the conversations that it spotlights. In a moving moment, Renee opens up about how being a masculine woman has often meant her emotions aren’t heard.
