Mark your calendars! myGwork is returning with its annual WorkPride event, taking place between 8 and 12 June this year. The five-day virtual conference is now in its seventh edition, bringing together LGBTQIA+ professionals, allies, HR and DEI leaders, and inclusive employers.
Headline sponsored by Booking.com, this year’s slogan is: “Building workplaces that enable every talent to thrive.” WorkPride is more important than ever following the research conducted in the myGwork LGBTQ+ Student & Graduate Survey 2026. Nearly 80% of LGBTQIA+ students and graduates said they would not want to work for an employer where they couldn’t be out at work. Nearly half of respondents reported witnessing discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity at their place of study or work. Over a third said they had personally experienced biphobia, homophobia, or transphobia.
Adrien and Pierre Gaubert, co-founders of myGwork, commented on the importance of this year’s WorkPride: “WorkPride 2026 comes at a time when too many LGBTQ+ people still don’t feel safe or supported at work. This conference is about turning that data into action – equipping employers and professionals with the insight, tools, and networks they need to create truly inclusive environments. We invite everyone who believes in equitable workplaces to be part of this global movement for change.”
WorkPride 2026 will offer an extensive programme of panels, interactive workshops, and networking sessions designed to address these challenges head-on. Core themes for this year’s event include intersectionality, inclusive onboarding for all employees, business travel as an LGBTQIA+ person and building inclusive spaces for people of colour.
As a free event, WorkPride is a must-attend event for professionals, students, allies, and inclusive employers. You can explore the full agenda and register here: mygwork.com/workpride
