Do you want to connect with inclusive employers worldwide? Look no further than myGwork’s WorkFair on 5 November, the virtual career event that links LGBTQIA+ students, graduates and allies with employers.
WorkFair provides participants with access to hundreds of job opportunities, career-enhancing workshops, and webinars, all designed with LGBTQIA+ individuals in mind. Last year, over 7,600 graduates from 122 countries took part to learn more about the different employers out there. Why are events like WorkFair so important? A recent global survey by myGwork of over 2,000 students and graduates revealed that 70% of LGBTQIA+ Gen Z respondents want to work in open and accepting environments.
Companies participating this year include Capgemini, GSK, Pfizer and Warner Bros. Discovery. GSK’s Chief People Officer, Diana Conrad, spoke about the importance of inclusion in the workplace. “At GSK, we foster an inclusive environment that embraces and celebrates different perspectives and experiences, allowing everyone to be themselves so we can all perform at our best for patients. We hold ourselves and each other accountable, ensuring that respect and inclusivity are at the heart of our company culture.”
This year’s WorkFair will equip both candidates and employees with new innovative resources like AI-powered CV workshops and virtual reality employer booths. There will also be several expert-led sessions on topics like being neurodivergent in the workplace and LGBTQIA+ pathways into finance and consulting.
Adrien and Pierre Gaubert, co-founders of myGwork, commented on why this event is so vital: “Employers aren’t just hiring – they’re competing for top diverse talent. WorkFair 2025 provides candidates with the tools to succeed and find their dream job by connecting them with inclusive employers of choice, while giving companies a platform to secure the best early-career talent from around the world.”

WorkFair 2025 is free for all LGBTQIA+ students, graduates, and allies. Attendees will be able to apply for jobs in real time, network with inclusive employers, and access practical workshops to help them stand out in a competitive job market.
Ahead of the event, myGwork is conducting its annual LGBTQ+ Student & Graduate Survey 2025 to capture insights on inclusion, meaningful work, and the impact of anti-DEI sentiment. To encourage participation, four survey respondents will be randomly selected to win vouchers worth £250 (split into 100, 75, 50 and 25 or local equivalent). Entries close on 10 October 2025. Take the survey here and register for WorkFair 2025 here.
