The BRIT awards once again showed us the talent and style that Britain had to offer. The Brits 2025 was a night of great moments, performances, and fashion, from Charli xcx’s gothic drama to the avant-garde of ZeZe Mills. It showcased the diversity and self expression of queer style. Here are some of our favourite looks.

Harriet Rose

Using the opportunity to say that she’s a lesbian on national TV was just as iconic as her Jean Paul Gaultier ensemble. Wearing a modern interpretation of a punk-infused red tartan blazer and skirt, the broad shoulders and tailored lines screamed confident energy.

Jade

Winning her first-ever solo BRIT award and giving a spectacular performance, Jade’s light wash denim Diesel wedding gown with a matching delicate denim flower bouquet showed off an incredible attention to detail. The tight corset, long train and regal silhouette perfectly displayed her individuality and unique vision.

Charli xcx

With the BRITs truly becoming a brat BRITs, Charli xcx had a great night winning five awards and looking stunning while doing so. The icon brought a gothic glamour on the red carpet by wearing a sheer black panelled dress with a matching veil by inclusive designer Dilara Findikoglu.

Rachel Chinouriri

Her first appearance at the BRITs did not disappoint. She wore a beautiful mermaid-like turquoise sheer dress from the London fashion designer Kate Walker. The free-flowing fabric and vibrant colour made her stand out on the red carpet.

Beabadobee

This beautiful vintage Roberto Cavalli dress brought her sweet and edgy aesthetic to the BRITs. It had fans going crazy over its contrast of the unfinished raw edges with the tailoring of the art nouveau style patterned dress. This Y2K chic complemented her perfectly.

The Last Dinner Party

With their harmonising looks of historical elegance, each member showed off their individuality while still having that cohesive theatrical aesthetic that we are used to seeing from them. The careful composite of long ball gowns and short corseted dresses matched the tones of drama shown together as a collective.

GK Barry

This queer icon worked the BRITs’ red carpet looking incredible. The podcaster and influencer wore a stunning sequined feather dress and gold jewellery consisting of a bracelet with her girlfriend’s initials carved into it. An elegant and heartfelt look.

Bel Priestly

The actor looked amazing wearing a sparkling silver dress, with long shiny tassels draping down to add a flair of glamour.

ZeZe Millz

The host of the BRITs red carpet stunned as she wore a black theatrical dress from non-conforming London designer Maximilian Raynor. The structural lace moved down the carpet with ease.
