Fans are losing their minds over the Sex Education star’s outfit choice for the awards ceremony

Just when you thought Gillian Anderson couldn’t get any more iconic, she attends the Golden Globes in a dress covered in vulvas! Yes, you read that right. Sex Education star and queer icon Gillian Anderson completely wowed the 2024 Golden Globes red carpet with her stunning white gown which was embroidered with vulvas.
Designed by Gabriela Hearst, this statement look was completely on brand for the actor who launched her company G Spot in early 2023. The natural soft drink brand offers consumers a healthier alternative to high-sugar, caffeinated drinks. One of the drinks is even called “Arouse”!
In a conversation with Deadline before the ceremony, Gillian encouraged people to take a closer look at her outfit. “It has vaginas on it,” she pointed out.
When asked why she chose to adorn her dress with vaginas she simply said: “For so many reasons. It’s brand-appropriate.”
The internet was quickly broken by this look, and many fans took to X (formerly Twitter) to express their delight at this dress choice.
