On this week’s DIVA Dating Digest, we have a look at the Selling Sunset and Aussie rockstar’s love story

Is anyone else just a little bit obsessed with Chrishell and G Flip’s relationship? The Aussie rockstar and Selling Sunset icon have been dating for over a year now, and we have loved seeing their relationship blossom. From starring in a music video to saying their vows, on this week’s DIVA Dating Digest we’re taking a look at this perfect couple’s love story.
October 2021 – The pair meet at a Halloween party
After meeting at a Halloween party, the pair felt an immediate connection.
“We were both with our ex-partners then… And then, we obviously separated from our partners, and we just started talking and stuff,” G Flip explained to PEOPLE Everyday Podcast. “We just found a lot of similarities, even though people would think we are from different corners of the world. We find ourselves so similar sometimes.”
However, the real flirting began in early 2022 when both Chrishell and G Flip had broken up with their ex-partners. In March 2022, the pair began posting photos with each other and commenting some definitely not platonic things on each other’s posts. Fans were beginning to speculate that something was going on, but neither one confirmed relationship rumours.
May 2022 – Chrishell reveals their relationship at the Selling Sunset reunion
Finally, after months of making fans wait in anticipation for a relationship announcement, Chrishell revealed that she was in fact dating the Aussie rockstar on the Selling Sunset reunion.
“I recently have been spending a lot of time with someone that’s very important to me. Their name is G Flip. They’re non-binary, so they go by they/them,” she said. “And they are an extremely talented musician.”
“It started because I was just going to be in their video,” she continued. “And it’s about this chaotic love story. I come from soaps, I love acting. And with the job that we have, I don’t always get to do it. At first of course I was like yes, let’s do that.”

May 2022: G Flip releases GET ME OUTTA HERE music video
We still haven’t recovered from this music video honestly. Starring Chrishell, this PDA-heavy video was a queer masterpiece. From making out in a grocery street to a couch, this steamy video showed the world this power couple.
June 2022 – The pair are super PDA and MTV awards
Shortly after making their relationship public, the couple attended the MTV awards together where Chrishell won her award for best reality star. In a moving speech, she said: “Just really quick, I knew about this nomination before I had said anything about my sexuality. I’m not trying to get really deep with you guys, but the fact that this was voted on after means so much to me because I wasn’t sure how that was gonna go.”
October 2022 – Chrishell and G Flip dress as each other for Halloween
In a hilarious Halloween post, the couple dressed up as each other leaving fans in stitches. Chrishell even captioned the photo: “I cried laughing more times than I can count yesterday.”
May 2023 – G Flip releases Be Your Man about Chrishell
In a beautiful declaration of their love, G Flip released a song to celebrate their one-year anniversary with Chrishell.
In a press release at the time, G Flip explained the meaning behind Be Your Man: “Be Your Man is a love song I wrote about me and my partner. Growing up watching fairytale movies, I didn’t fit the typical prince or princess character. As the world has progressed and I’ve grown up, I’ve learned that a lot of love stories don’t look like the stories in movies.”
May 2023: They get married!
And finally, in a beautiful Las Vegas wedding the pair tied the knot with a very intimate, small ceremony. The pair have revealed that both of them have their wedding vows tattooed on them. Brb, just crying with queer happiness.
