The sensational bathroom diva and queer cabaret legend prepares to wow audiences with BATHTIME FOR BRITAIN

Are you ready to wash away the pandemic blues? Non-binary singer, comedian, playwright and poet Dr Adam Perchard has announced their upcoming world premiere and 2022/23 tour of Dr Adam Perchard’s BATHTIME FOR BRITAIN, which features “sparkling songs, sassy story-telling and Liberace-level costumery”.

Like many artists, Adam lost all of their work almost overnight when the pandemic hit. They had to leave their wild, hedonistic London life behind and move back to their parents’ farmhouse in Jersey. As a teen, Adam sang in the bathroom and daydreamed of a life on stage. Now, after building that life, it was gone – and here they were again. Adam walked back into the bathroom and started to sing. After posting videos of some of these bathtime songs online, they quickly became a sensational bathroom diva. They were soon spotted by Jersey Arts Centre, who then commissioned a live show. And that, ladies, gentleman and non-binary pals, is how BATHTIME FOR BRITAIN was born.

The show promises to be a wild night on the tiles for all party-lovers, pop-enthusiasts, comedy connoisseurs and members of our wonderful LGBTQI community. It serves up a glorious mix of live singing, sassy story-telling, witty re-writes and Liberace-level costumery. It will certainly leave you screaming for more.
