“For decades our bodies, self-determination, and histories have been hijacked by the medical academy, the state, and/or by our parents or carers. I hope that this project, in some small way, helps us regain some of that stolen voice, space, and autonomy.”

Hey DIVAs, looking for a way to educate yourself this LGBT+ History Month? Well, I’ve got good news for you. A new DIY podcast by Dani Coyle AKA @inter_sexy has created a new podcast called Inter_view. The show was conceived to centre and celebrate intersex connection, visibility, diversity and most importantly, joy. All seven episodes are available to stream on your preferred streaming platform from today!
Throughout history, the intersex community have faced severe erasure. This is why many, even within the queer community, won’t have even heard of the term intersex before. It’s important that we educate ourselves by listening to and amplifying the voices of intersex people. Why not start by listening to and sharing this podcast?
In each episode, Dani will introduce a new trailblazer from different fields. Guests include supermodel Hanne Gaby Odiele, rising star DJ Desiree, writer and star of Ponyboi, River Gallo, and Intersex twins Sasha and Sonia Komarova.
Here’s your preview for what’s in store:
