The eternal queen of camp, Michelle Visage is an important figurehead for much of the LGBTQI community. She first appeared on the judging panel of the seminal TV franchise RuPaul’s Drag Race in 2011 and her friendship with RuPaul is longstanding.
Here’s your sneak peek at what she had to say:

What it’s like being a judge on RuPaul’s Drag Race…
“You can see stars in their eyes – this is the biggest thing that’s ever happened to most of them, and it’s the most beautiful thing to watch unfold. I’m so honoured to be able to witness it every year.”
Body image…
“I don’t regret many things in life, and I don’t regret getting implants because I loved them. But I do regret not taking the time to nurture myself before cutting myself open and shoving two bags of silicone into my body to impress everyone else.”
Allyship…
“My daughter is gay, and I want the world to be a better place for her. Being an ally is as important to me as being a wife and mother. It’s something that I take very seriously.”
