Find out at London Business School’s fascinating upcoming session
BY DIVA STAFF
“Is belonging the secret to advancing diversity?” That thought-provoking question is the focus of an upcoming virtual event hosted by London Business School.
The session will be led by the brilliant Dr Aneeta Rattan, Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School, whose research interests focus on “mindsets and intergroup relations (stereotyping, prejudice and inequity)”.
Intrigued? Here’s everything you need to know about the event.
What it’s all about
“Learn from Dr Aneeta Rattan about the unique power for advancing diversity goals that comes from understanding, and harnessing, your people’s sense of belonging. She will touch upon the basic science of belonging, why belonging differs for minoritised populations (e.g. race, gender, LGBTQI+ groups), and how to create active inclusion to equalise the belonging experiences in your organisation.”
What to expect
This 45 minute session will shine a light on the importance of belonging, especially when it comes to diversity. Aneeta will share her insights on this topic and give information about London Business School’s inclusion and diversity programmes, including their LGBTQ+ Executive Leadership programme.
