Out With Suzi Ruffell hits streaming services next week

BY SOPHIE GRIFFITHS

We already know how much we love Suzi Ruffell’s voice coming through our earphones. We’ve been listening to her alongside Tom Allen on their podcast Like Minded Friends since 2015, and we can’t sing its praises enough.

So, you’d best believe we were thrilled to hear that Suzi now has her very own podcast coming to a streaming service near you on Monday 6 April.

Out With Suzi Ruffell is a podcast all about coming out, being out and finding one’s place in the world as a member of the LGBTQI community.

You might recognise Suzi Ruffell as a comedy star on the rise. As of late, she’s appeared on The Jonathan Ross Show, Live At The Apollo and The Last Leg, as well as touring the UK with her hilariously honest stand-up sets.

Through each hour long episode, Out With Suzi Ruffell celebrates individual journeys to becoming happy with notable guests including Dustin Lance Black, Baroness Ruth Hunt, Emma Kennedy, and many more.

Suzi said: “I wanted to create a podcast which I’ve long wished to exist. I believe I have made something interesting, funny and ultimately hopeful, and I can’t wait for people to hear the exciting conversations I have had over the past few months.”

Neither can we, Suzi. 🌈

Make sure you check out the first episode of Out With Suzi Ruffell, featuring director Dustin Lance black, which will be released on Monday 6 April.
