Lez Get Festive
Well, Queer Santa may have just granted you that wish, for UK lesbian, bi and non-binary events company LEZ Events is hosting an epic end of year, black and gold themed party on Saturday 28 December in the heaving hub of London’s Christmassy Covent Garden.
Held at the glam, underground adult-playground, Bar Langley (previously Foundation Bar) the aptly named LEZ Get Festive will be a bejewelled celebration of queer and fabulous femmes, butches and gender-fluid pleasure seekers.
The night will be hosted in collaboration with Passion Fruut, the UK’s new and alluring, queer femxle dating app (which features a unique speed dating option!)
The team behind this innovative matchmaking app will be hosting a real life speed dating event just for LEZ Events’ guests from 9-10pm before the party kicks off – arrive early if you want to join in on the fun.
A word on the venue…
Bar Langley is a gorgeous West End venue made up of a chic bar area and and sultry two room club, designed by one of London’s most renowned interior designers. Expect red velvet booths to seduce the object of your affection, boozy tipple to prolong the festive cheer and spacious tables with chainmail curtains to gaze though to a dance floor filled with London’s fun-loving queer womxn.
“Baller Tables” that seat up to seven people can be booked for roughly the same price as a regular ticket pp – but with all the VIP trimmings. This includes entry for all guests, queue jump, a plush booth-style table and two bottles of Prosecco brought to the table with sparklers (and a generous amount of pomp!)
For those who like to nom, nom, nom while they play, Bar Langley will also be serving tasty dishes such as pizzas, wings and vegan treats – there’s nothing like a vegan chocolate orange torte to hype up the festivities.
A word on the artists…
DJs Sizzles, Shayn and Izzy Trixx will be hyping up the crowd all night with hip hop, R&B, trap and UK garage tracks as confetti cannons blast out the merriment all around you – so prepare to dance away the year in a euphoric state of pure yay.
