Get excited for an awesome DIVA screening featuring a Q&A with author Fiona Shaw and director Annabel Jankel

Tell It To The Bees is the queer period drama you need in your life.

Set in 1950s Scotland, out bi actor Anna Paquin stars as a small-town doctor who falls head over heels for the single mother of one of her patients, played by a radiant Holliday Grainger.

As well as portraying forbidden same-sex desire and sizzling chemistry between the two leads, this brilliant film explores important themes of toxic masculinity, interracial love, and women’s rights to autonomy over their own bodies.

We’ve snagged an exclusive clip especially for you so feast your peepers on this.

On Thursday 18 July, DIVA will be hosting a London screening of this wonderful film. The audience will be treated to a special Q&A with director Annabel Jankel and author of the original novel, Fiona Shaw. Keep an eye on our social media for more details.

Tell It To The Bees is in UK cinemas from 19 July 2019.
