Who else has been completely hooked by BBC Three’s new show I Kissed A Girl? The groundbreaking sapphic dating series has been taking the internet by storm after the first two episodes were released last weekend (5 May). We all sat with popcorn in hand as we watched 10 sapphic singletons enter Dannii Minogue’s Italian Massaria on the hunt to find love.

But of course, things couldn’t be too straightforward. Get ready as the Masseria lets in some of its newest arrivals who are here to shake things up a bit…

Em, Surrey (25)

Cancer Research scientist Em is heading into the Masseria to find true love. This adventure-seeker is looking for someone to join her on her travels in her newly converted van. Em’s had a lot of change over the past five years as she got out of a five-year-long relationship with the man she thought she was going to marry. Since then Em has cut her hair short and begun to embrace her masc side. She’s now looking for a femme girl she can whisk away for a big adventure.

Beth, Bath (25)

Known for her infectious laugh, paralegal Beth is coming into the Masseria to find her perfect masc match. This horror film enthusiast came out at age 14, and since moving to London she says that her “inner gay” has been jumping out. Beth proudly identifies as a lesbian, and she says that butch women are her biggest weakness. We can think of a few girls in the Masseria that fit that description…

Lailah, Cardiff (25)

And finally, we have another footballer joining the ranks of Dannii’s Masseria! Student and footballer Lailah has played for Lugano FC Women and Swansea Women AFC. She is currently studying for a degree in Forensic Psychology. Growing up Lailah felt she tried to blend in as much as possible. Now, she’s proud to be a bisexual woman of colour. Lailah is looking to settle down into a serious relationship and is excited to see what’s in store in this summer of love.

Do you think any of the girls’ heads will be turned?
