Who else just can’t get Jojo Siwa’s new song Karma out of their head? The Dance Moms star has truly and utterly broken the internet with her new sound, complete with a super sapphic music video.
Going viral online isn’t particularly new for Jojo Siwa. Throughout the star’s entire life, she has been in the limelight. In January 2021, Jojo officially came out, providing LGBTQIA visibility to thousands. Ever since she has been a vocal advocate for LGBTQIA rights.
Fans on the internet have spent the last week decoding her new music video for her song Karma, especially for hints alluding to her previous relationships.
Let’s take a look back at this internet sensation’s exes.
Kylie Prew
Kylie and Jojo met on a cruise back in 2020 and went public with their relationship in February 2021 after the Dance Moms star came out. Like Jojo, Kylie was also an influencer.
Throughout their relationship, the pair posted lots of cute couple content, making them a fan-favourite sapphic couple. The pair dated for nine months before parting ways in October 2021.

After their first breakup, Jojo said that Kylie was the right person at the wrong time. However, the split didn’t last for long as the pair hard-launched their relationship again in May 2022. Unfortunately, this second time round didn’t work out, and the pair had split again by June 2022.
On an Instagram Live, Jojo said: “Not everything has to be messy and gross because it’s not and I just want to clear the air.”
Katie Mills
Back in December 2021, rumours began circulating the internet that Jojo Siwa was in fact dating influencer Katie Mills. At the time, neither party confirmed or denied the rumours, but it later surfaced that the pair had been romantically involved.
In 2023, Katie made a video responding to Jojo saying: “I’m doing being quiet. You hold a lot of power, you and your platform. How can you tell someone that you love them, and then ghost them the next day, and then post all over the internet that we’re clout chasers and love bombers? I don’t get it.”
Avery Cyrus
Jojo and TikTok creator Avery Cyrus started dating in September 2022, only a few months after Jojo and Kylie called it quits the second time. Their passionate relationship was captured on TikTok, but the pair split after three months.
In a recent podcast episode of Call Her Daddy, Jojo spoke candidly about their very public breakup.
“My last relationship was very public, by both of our choice,” JoJo said. “Our getting together was very public, our official relationship was very public, our breakup was very public.”
“There has been a lot that went down, that if this microphone wasn’t on, I would tell you what she did, what she told me anonymously, but I had to have my security team handle it, and I found out it was her.”
Jojo continued: “It built a trauma I didn’t even know I have. Until now I’m like, ‘Oh, that’s why you can’t talk to a girl, because of that.’ It’s hard, I’m very focused right now. I’m very into my art, I’m very into my career, so I’m very lucky I have that to preoccupy me. But I love love.”
