Hosted by award-winning comedian, author and accidental relationship guru Rosie Wilby, The Breakup Monologues is hosting a very special live podcast recording for Trans Awareness Week. In partnership with Hackney Pride 365 and ELOP, this special episode will feature guests like film-maker Emma Frankland, radio presenter Shivani Dave, comedian Jen Ives and Cerys Bradley.
This live recording will take place on Friday 17 November at Hoxton Hall. If you’re a Hackney resident you can opt to pay what you can, and for non-Hackney residents, the tickets are £7-8.
Dubbed the “The Queen Of Breakups” by BBC Radio 4, Rosie Wilby has been investigating the psychology of love for a decade. Her hit podcast is even available in book form now and delves into the trials and tribulations of dating in the modern age. Described as “piercingly honest” (The Observer), and “life-affirming” (Viv Groskop), the book is a must for anyone who feels lost in the current age of ghosting, dating apps, and bad first dates.
Rosie’s podcast has seen the likes of Zoe Lyons and Dolly Alderton grace its microphone, earning acclaim for its honest, funny, and authentic approach to love and relationships.
