The Bridesmaids and Pitch Perfect star Rebel Wilson gave an adorable interview with E!News all about motherhood recently (5 August). Rebel hard launched her relationship with Ramona Agruma (aka her “Disney Princess”) in 2022, and since then they have introduced a third member to their family – their adorable daughter Royce.
In her interview with E!News, Rebel reveals that their family could be getting a bit bigger at some point in the future. “I would like to have another child,” Rebel said. “It’s just like, well, is that possible? I would have to do IVF. We’ll see how it goes. I would like to have more children.”
She continued by saying: “Roycie is such a miracle. And if she’s my only child, then amazing.”
The Aussie superstar continued to gush about her daughter who has just said her first word (“Mum”), and who is “such a little angel”.
Rebel announced the birth of Royce on Instagram in 2022, and in her caption, she gave a special thanks to her surrogate mother.
She wrote: “Beyond proud to announce the birth of my first child, Royce Lillian, born this past week via surrogate. I can’t even describe the love I have for her, she’s a beautiful miracle!”
“I am forever grateful to everyone who has been involved, (you know who you are), this has been years in the making…but particularly wanted to thank my gorgeous surrogate who carried her and birthed her with such grace and care. Thank you for helping me start my own family, it’s an amazing gift. The BEST gift!!”
“I am ready to give little Roycie all the love imaginable. I am learning quickly…much respect to all the Mums out there! Proud to be in your club.”
Rebel told TODAY.com last month that surrogacy felt like the right option for her in terms of motherhood after she chose to freeze her eggs. “I was lucky to get an embryo from the process because of my age and because I have polycystic ovary syndrome,” Rebel said. “With just one embryo, I decided to go with surrogacy. Physically I could have carried the baby, but there was a much higher statistical chance it would work with surrogate.”
