The inspirational memoir details the couple navigating family life and parenthood

The UK’s most visible and inspirational trans couple have released their heartfelt memoir Becoming Us. Detailing their journey through family life and parenthood, their new book is available for purchase now.
Having starred in the Channel 4 documentary Our Baby: A Modern Miracle, Jake and Hannah Graf have become some of the most influential trans activists and spokespeople in the country. This new book will delve into the ups and downs of their new chapter into parenthood.
Despite being the power couple that they are today, Jake and Hannah came from wildly different paths. In his early life, Jake fell into drug and alcohol addiction before finding the community and support which helped him turn his life around. You may recognise him from his fantastic roles in The Danish Girl and Colette.
Hannah, on the other hand, was excelling in the military and was awarded an MBE by HRH Prince William. The pair found each other and the rest fell into place.
The couple now has two beautiful daughters to complete their family. Amidst the rise in transphobia in the UK, Jake and Hannah are hoping that their new book will encourage acceptance, love, and inclusivity.

I have just finished reading your book. I found it enlightening and amazing that you could be so honest about your lives and wish you both the best if everything, and your girls too. I recently discovered that my (was) Granddaughter is trans and I bought your book t help me understand what he is going through. He for edbt want talk about it but you have educated me and thank you both for that ❤️
