Though advances have been made towards equality across the globe, progress and acceptance cannot be taken for granted: in October 2021, the UK Home Office reported a worrying increase in LGBTQI-specific hate crime. The Burberry British Diversity Awards embody the idea that everyone should be entitled to equality of opportunity and esteem. Equality and diversity are crucial both for business and society, and organisations and individuals banging the drum for these causes deserve to be celebrated.
Sponsored by Burberry, the British Diversity Awards will take place on Thursday 10 March 2022 at London’s Grand Connaught Rooms. Founded by DIVA publisher Linda Riley, the British Diversity Awards celebrate individuals, companies and organisations spearheading efforts to champion diversity and inclusion.
