Netflix drops an official Tales Of The City teaser – and it looks 💯

Inspired by the books of Armistead Maupin, Netflix’s brand spankin’ Tales Of The City begins after the initial series of books leaves off.
And now we have an official teaser (and it looks totes emosh)
It all begins when central character Mary Ann (Laura Linney) returns to present-day San Francisco and is reunited with her daughter Shawna (Elliot Page) and ex-husband Brian (Paul Gross), 20 years after leaving them behind to pursue her career.
Fleeing the “midlife crisis that her picture-perfect Connecticut life” has created for her, Mary Ann is drawn back to Anna Madrigal (Olympia Dukakis), her chosen family and a new, young and queer group of 28 Barbary Laners.
And we can’t wait to see more.
