London Women’s Clinic (LWC) has just opened its new Brighton satellite clinic to help even more people start their familymaking journey. After its successful launch in Brighton three years ago, this expansion will help meet the growing demand for fertility treatments in Sussex and the South Coast.
This new clinic will provide local access to specialist fertility consultations, investigations and ultrasound monitoring. Following on from the success of LWC’s inaugural The Familymakers Show in 2025, designed to specifically help LGBTQIA+ prospective parents, this new centre will be a welcome addition to the beloved queer city for rainbow families.
Designed to help patients complete many appointments closer to home, this new clinic will continue LWC’s historic legacy. Professor Nick Macklon, Group Medical Director, London Women’s Clinic, said: “Our mission is to meet patients where they are, while ensuring world-class leading clinical standards.”
Treatment procedures like egg collection and embryo transfer will remain at LWC’s licensed flagship Harley Street, London treatment centre.
Melanie Collenette, Clinical Operations and Nurse Manager, London Women’s Clinic Brighton, said: “People come to us with very different stories and very different routes to modern-day parenthood. LWC Brighton provides personalised, local care whilst working closely with our Harley Street colleagues to ensure an expert standard of fertility care throughout their journey.”
Running for over four decades now, LWC has helped create over 40,000 families. Alongside its flagship Harley Street centre, LWC’s satellite model has led to the creation of clinics in 20 locations around England and Wales. LWC is part of JD Healthcare, a group of reproductive health and fertility brands, including London Sperm Bank, London Egg Bank, and Kind iVF focused on fertility access, affordability and exceptional patient care.
Compassion, respect and care have always been at the heart of LWC’s ethos. A happy London Women’s Clinic Brighton patient said: “They were all truly amazing throughout our journey. The lovely Mel made us feel like family and always knew what to say to reassure us and make us feel heard. We could go on all day! We cannot thank her and the whole team enough!”
