Lil Lesbian Nan’s fame began when she went on a seemingly normal family holiday with her granddaughter, Molly. It was Molly’s idea to start a TikTok for her nan, who shot to viral fame with an outfit check. Commenters were quick to fall in love with Lil Lesbian Nan’s style, attitude and overall demeanour.
What is Lil Lesbian Nan’s story?
On one TikTok, the social media star opened up about her life. “I came from a very poor background, with only my dad and brother by my side,” she wrote.
She went on to clarify that she hasn’t always identified as a lesbian, and was married at 18 to a man with whom she had five children. Getting married so young, she admits that she never had a chance to explore her sexuality when she was younger. In later TikToks, Lil Lesbian Nan reveals she came out in her 30s. The social media star is now 67.
