The actor tied the knot with Kate Harrison over the weekend

Actor Chloë Grace Moretz has secretly tied the knot with her long-term partner, Kate Harrison, over the weekend.
On Monday, Chloë made the announcement through Vogue, not long before taking to her own Instagram to share the happy news.
Speaking to Vogue prior to the day, Chloë revealed: “A big part of the wedding [is about] sharing things that Kate and I love with everyone that’s going to be there… so there’s fishing, horseback riding and poker. Kate made a custom poker mat herself, so we’re going to kind of be leaning into it. Our second day is going to be line dancing and everything.”
Stepping away from tradition, the actor wore a light blue Louis Vuitton dress for the ceremony, and for the afterparty, a white jacket and trouser set with a cowboy hat.
The couple announced their engagement on New Year’s Day 2025, with an Instagram post of the two wearing matching diamond rings. Chloë captioned the post: “Happiest New Year, so thankful for what this year has brought…The people, the places, our families, our health, our love. Wishing all of you a peaceful start to this new year.”
The actor admits she likes to keep her personal life private, only confirming her sexuality in November 2024, although the couple were first linked together in 2018. Chloë captioned a photo of her voting for Kamala Harris in 2024: “I believe in the need for legal protections that protects the LGBTQ+ community as a gay woman.”
Chloë spoke to The Independent about her sexuality, stating, “I don’t see myself as anything. These are all societal pressures that we’re being labelled as. We’re all human, trying to be with the people that we fall in love with and be the best person that we can be. But don’t assume people’s sexualities. And don’t project your own issues onto them.”
