In case you didn’t know, we’re still very much riding the wave of the sapphic renaissance which was born in 2024. That means that every month we have a watchlist full of shows and films to dig our teeth into. This month get ready to fight some fires, uncover some truths, and maybe even dabble in a bit of magic. 

911 season eight 

6 March

It’s back! Having kept us on the edge of our seats over their winter break period, the beloved show 911 will return to our screens with just as much action-packed chaos as usual. LGBTQIA fans will be excited to see the return of Hen and Karen onto their screens as they tackle co-parenting and chaos. 

Adolescence  

13 March 

If you’re looking for a thrilling new series to binge-watch, Netflix has got the perfect one for you. Starring queer icon Erin Doherty, who plays a determined psychologist, the show follows a chilling case of a teenage boy accused of murder. Directed by Philip Barantini (Boiling Point), this real-time, one-shot series will have you glued to your screen as the chilling mystery unfolds.

The Wheel Of Time season three 

13 March 

Sapphics, the time has come. Rosamund Pike will once again be on our screens as the beloved queer character Moiraine. It’s set to be just as jam-packed as the previous seasons as Moiraine is on a mission to protect Rand al’Thor and begin their journey to the Aiel Wast. 

Opus 

14 March 

We’ve all been waiting for this one. A24’s latest thriller stars none other than queer icon Ayo Edebiri as a bold journalist who is set on uncovering dark secrets at a remote compound. Navigating a dangerous cult led by a reclusive pop star, who knows what could be lurking behind closed doors?
