Nominations are now open for next year’s Gaydio Pride Awards. The awards celebrate the efforts made to improve the lives of the LGBTQIA community in the UK and shine a light on the unsung heroes working to create more inclusive spaces.
People, charities, events and organisations can be nominated for an award. This year, there are 13 categories open to nominees across the country. The list includes event of the year, volunteer of the year and music artist of the year. Nine of these awards are open to the public and will close on 5 January.
This will be the third annual Gaydio Pride Awards. The past two years have celebrated the queer community with performances from Grammy-winner Raye and appearances from a host of celeb guests including Layton Williams and Charley Marlowe. This year is expected to be as glamorous.

Kriss Herbert, Network Content Director at Gaydio said: “We’re beyond excited to announce the return of the Gaydio Pride Awards in 2025. These awards are about shining a spotlight on the incredible people, events, organisations, and charities that work tirelessly to champion and support the LGBTQ+ community across the UK 365 days a year.
“Nominations are now open to the public, giving everyone the chance to celebrate those who inspire change, make a positive impact, and work tirelessly to improve the lives of LGBTQ+ people all year round!”
The ceremony will be held at the Hilton in Manchester. Nominations can be made on Gaydio’s website.
