Is there anything she can’t do? This is surely a thought that has popped into Abigail Thorn’s fans’ heads at one point or another. In 2022, she premiered her award-winning play The Prince. In 2023 we got to see her as Jess in Sky’s gunslinging series Django. 2024 has already been a huge year for the actress. She starred in Star Wars: The Acolyte as Eurus, and joined the cast of the Game Of Thrones’ prequel House Of The Dragon (HOTD) as the cutthroat pirate Sharako Lohar. As if being in two of the biggest franchises in the world wasn’t enough of a feat, Abigail has also written and starred in a short film, Dracula’s Ex-Girlfriend, which is set to release in September.

But for now, here’s your teaser of what Abigail had to say on…
Her swashbuckling character on House Of The Dragon: “Sharako might be trans, or she might not. She’s just a badass lady.”
On what she hopes the entertainment industry can learn from the way Nebula has subverted the norms of how artists are treated: “I hope the entertainment industry can learn to trust creatives.”
Trans rights in the UK: “My message to trans youth? Stay alive.”
