Trans+ Pride
London Trans+ Pride (LTP) is the UK’s largest annual demonstration in support of trans, non-binary, and gender non-conforming lives.
LTP was born as, and now in its fourth year continues to be, a community-first project. Drawing inspiration from the first ever Pride’s origins at the Stonewall Inn as well as contemporaries (Queer Picnic, UK Black Pride, Trans Pride Brighton), this project exists to serve many goals but our core mission remains the same as it’s always been –
To create a community-facing pride celebration, organised by and for trans+ and non-binary people, to highlight their needs, struggles, successes, and experiences in a conversation where often trans+ voices go unheard, and where they can be themselves without ridicule, threat, or vilification.
