Bournemouth Pride 2022
Bournemouth’s Pride Festival ‘Bourne Free’ is an annual LGBTQ festival celebrating all diversities that live in Bournemouth. This year the event will take place at their new venue in Meyrick Park on 8th and 9th July. In previous years the event attracts thousands of visitors keen to soak up the colourful atmosphere and join in the fun.

On Friday evening (8th July) there will be a FREE family fun evening of music and family entertainment including Tax Hall, Chris Jarvis, Lea Martin and Gareth Taylor. The world’s best-selling Soprano and UNESCO Artist for Peace Ambassador SARAH BRIGHTMAN will be officially opening Bourne Free’s ‘Pride in the Park’ on Saturday 9th July at Meyrick Park. She will also be leading the parade, which starts from The Triangle at 11am (also Saturday July 9th).
The route this year will start at their old location at The Triangle, walking down past the Gardens, round to the Town Hall and finally up to Meyrick Park where the new ‘Pride in the Park’ location will be!
