Trans In The City (TITC) has announced its 2026 Changemakers List, including trans+ trailblazers like Adelle Barker, Charlie Martin, Hannah Graf MBE and DIVA’s very own deputy editor Nic Crosara.

This inaugural list will shine a spotlight on the individuals driving meaningful change within the trans and non-binary community. Whether that be by building inclusive spaces or grassroots organising, TITC’s Changemakers List is a necessary beacon of light.

Speaking about this new list, Bobbi Pickard, CEO of TITC, said: “It gives me such joy to release the inaugural Trans in the City Changemakers List, released on Trans Day of Visibility 2026, as a celebration of the trans and non-binary people that work so tirelessly helping the trans community in business, not-for-profits and community organisations throughout the UK.”

“These are the unsung champions, the people too busy and too humble to shout about the work they do and their achievements, those who help improve trans and non-binary people’s lives and wellbeing, in some cases truly saving lives, without expecting attention or gratitude.”

“Today we highlight them and give thanks to them for being the positive role models not just for our community but for all society.”

Other key trans and non-binary gamechangers included on the list include Dani St James, Fox Fisher, jane fae, Jude Guaitamacchi, Marty Davies, Olivia Campbell-Cavendish LLB, Oscar Davies and Victoria McCloud.

TITC is the world’s largest organisation for trans and non-binary people in business. Led by trans and non-binary people, TITC collaborates with over 300 global corporate partners to raise awareness, share contacts and best practice and provide role models.
