In 2025, LGBTQIA+ rights were threatened around the world. It is undeniably a scary time for our community. It’s precisely this reason that the DIVA Power List is vital, showcasing the incredible work of LGBTQIA+ trailblazers providing visibility, calling for change and opening doors for others. A key part of Lesbian Visibility Week, the Power List highlights the often-overlooked contributions of LGBTQIA+ women and non-binary individuals.

You can nominate individuals in these categories: Campaigner, Community, Diversity Champion, Role Model, Media, Actor, Musician, Writer, Sporting World, and Influencer.

The DIVA Power List has evolved significantly since its launch, reflecting the growing visibility and achievements of LGBTQIA women and non-binary people. What once struggled to find 100 names now has an abundance of high achievers, making selection increasingly competitive.

For our 2026 list, we want to find out from you which LGBTQIA+ women and non-binary people you think have been changing the game. Whether they’re a pop icon, community pioneer or an industry expert, we want to hear their names. It’s vital that we continue to platform the pioneers who are fighting for our community, providing queer joy and creating spaces.

Our 2025 DIVA Power List featured the likes of Jacqui Rhule-Dagher, Bobbi Pickard, Yasmin Finney, Kat Parsons, Heather Peace, Tabs Benjamin, Jude Guaitamacchi, Grace Petrie and more.
