The creator of Glee and American Horror Story brings gripping legal drama All’s Fair to our screens in November

If you love the fast-paced and high-intensity of shows like Suits and The Split, then this female-led legal drama, coming to Disney+ on 4 November, may quickly become your new obsession. All’s Fair follows a team of female divorce lawyers who leave a male-dominated firm to start their own practice. The series follows the team as they battle professional rivalries as well as their own personal scandals. 

All’s Fair is packed with several big names and familiar faces – here’s where you might have seen them before…

Kim Kardashian (Allura Grant) 

Chances are, you’ll have recognised this one. All’s Fair shows Kim Kardashian taking on a leading role, where her character, Allura Grant, is the Director of the female-led divorce firm.

Since Kim’s role in the twelfth season of American Horror Story, where she played publicist Siobhan Corbyn, creator Ryan Murphy was eager to continue working with her.

Glenn Close (Dina Standish)

Dina Standish is a quick-witted, veteran lawyer who joins Allura as a partner at the powerhouse firm. Dina is played by Glenn Close, an eight-time Oscar nominee and winner of three Emmy Awards, three Golden Globe Awards and three Tony Awards. 

Glenn received an Oscar nomination for her performance in Albert Nobbs, portraying a transgender man living in 19th-century Ireland. She also earned an Emmy for her role in Serving In Silence, playing an army officer who comes out as a lesbian. 

Naomi Watts (Liberty Ronson)

Naomi’s character, Liberty Ronson, joins Dina and Allura as a partner at the firm. Another Oscar nominee, Naomi was nominated for her role as Cristina Peck in 21 Grams and Maria in The Impossible. 

Many will also recognise Naomi from her role in the Netflix series Gypsy where she plays Jean Holloway, a therapist exploring her sexuality, as well as in the film 3 Generations, where she plays Maggie, mother of trans teenager Ray. 

Niecy Nash-Betts (Emerald Greene)

Niecy is well-loved within the queer community, and her character, Emerald Greene, joins the all-female team as another partner. In an interview, Niecy has revealed that Emerald is a mother to three boys whom she had on her own through artificial insemination. 

Another critically acclaimed actor, Niecy, has won two Primetime Emmy Awards for her role as Didi Ortley in the series Getting On, as well as another Primetime Emmy for her role as Glenda Cleveland in Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story. 

Sarah Paulson (Carrington Lane) 

Queer icon Sarah Paulson’s character, Carrington Lane, is the antagonist of the series, committed to seeking out cold-blooded revenge on her former colleagues. Renowned for her recurring role in the series American Horror Story, Sarah has won numerous awards for her performances, as well as for her portrayal of Marcia Clark in the docudrama The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story. 

Teyana Taylor (Milan)

Singer-songwriter and actor Teyana Taylor stars as Milan, a central part of the show’s core ensemble. Many may recognise Teyana from her role as Inez de la Paz in A Thousand And One, which earned her several awards and critical acclaim.
