Are you interested in discovering nipple and breast stimulation during sex and masturbation? Well, then you’re in the right place! I’m Sofie Roos, a licensed sexologist and relationship therapist, as well as author at the Swedish sex positive online magazine Passionerad. And I’m here to help you get started with having the breast time in the bedroom.
Pleasurable ways to stimulate the breasts and nipples
The nipples are a very sensitive erogenous zone that can give amazing pleasure if stimulated during sex and masturbation. Some ways to stimulate that feel good are by:
- Doing circles with a sensitive touch
- Going up and down with the fingers
- Pinching and squeezing
- Sucking and licking (you can do circles or go up and down over the nipple with your tongue!)
- Using a vibrator, preferably a nipple vibrator, but a bullet vibrator, rabbit, or even an air pulse vibrator will also do!
- Using hot and cold, such as putting an ice cube on the nipples, or using massage oil that you’ve heated up
To knead the breasts, or even slap them gently, does also feel good for many! If you’re into spitting, it can also feel hot to spit over your partner’s chest!
Pro tip: Use some saliva or lube on your fingers – that makes it feel better!
Have you heard about nipple orgasms?
You can actually climax from stimulating the nipples, something called a “nipple orgasm”. It’s quite rare, but if you’re really turned on and stimulate them quite intensely, as well as play around with different types of stimulation until you find what feels best, you have a chance of getting there!
Stimulating your nipples and breasts can also make you more sensitive and able to reach more pleasure, as well as help you build up stronger orgasms, so by combining breast stimulation with other types of sex, you’ll make the whole experience more intense!
Discovering nipple play while masturbating is a great way to learn what kinds of stimulation you like the most, which makes it easier to guide a partner.
