DIVA favourite Golda Rosheuvel is perhaps best known for her fantastic onscreen portrayal of the formidable Queen Charlotte in Netflix’s Bridgerton. She recently returned to the stage as she joined the cast of the play Not Your Superwoman from writer Emma Dennis-Edwards.
Want a sneak peek at our October/November issue? Here’s what Golda had to say on…
Working with Letitia Wright: “We’ve already started calling each other mother and daughter – she started it, I will say that”
Playing Joyce in Not Your Superwoman: “I understand that she’s had to pull up her bootstraps, engage with society and the community around her that predominantly would have been a white community”
On Bridgerton’s casting: “By placing Queen Charlotte as a woman of colour, the barriers have opened up slightly more to pave the way for other ‘What ifs’. And I’m very, very proud of that”
