Rugby fans, it’s finally our time. Women’s football has taken the world by storm and women’s rugby is about to get its time in the sun too, as the Women’s Rugby World Cup is coming to the UK this August. If you want to make the most of these matches, RWC Experiences has unveiled a hospitality programme set to make this the event of the summer.
The world cup is set to take place across eight venues in the UK from 22 August–27 September. A joint venture between World Rugby and Sports Travel & Hospitality, RWC Experiences will take celebrations to the next level, from private suites to all-day discos.
The musically-inclined amongst rugby fans will be interested by Pitch Perfect, the ultimate karaoke experience. Fans can kick off their matchday celebrations with a high-energy sing-a-long. Whether you’re belting Bohemian Rhapsody or getting your mates to join you in a rendition of Sweet Caroline, the pre-game atmosphere is sure to be buzzing.
Those who prefer a bit of a boogie will love Try Tunes, the all-day disco. As well as taking to the dancefloor, fans can take advantage of a complimentary drinks package before heading to their seats.
If you fancy spending a bit more for a luxury experience, private suites will be available, where guests can enjoy exceptional food amongst unrivalled pitch views. The Tunnel Club is also on offer and presents a menu curated by MasterChef winner Steven Edwards. This comes with prime halfway-line seats and a tunnel view, so you can be one of the few to glimpse the players preparing to take the field.
A surf and turf dining experience is also available, as is the Scrum Lounge, a social space where you can connect with fans just like you.
World Rugby Chief Revenue Officer, Michel Poussau said: “Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 is set to be a generational moment for the sport, and we are thrilled to introduce a hospitality programme that matches its scale and ambition.”
