Kirstie Pike and Christine Diaz have announced their engagement after a surprise proposal in Bora Bora.

The duo behind the leading LGBTQIA travel platform, On Airplane Mode, took the next step after spending seven years together.

Kirstie planned the couples’ holiday to Bora Bora under the guise of a “work trip” and meticulously planned the event so Christine had no idea what was coming.

On the day of the proposal, Kristie took Christine out on a canoe to a secluded sand bar, telling Christine that the event was for a romantic photoshoot.

As the couple reached the top of the sand bar with ukulele playing Can’t Help Falling In love in the background, Kirstie got down on one knee and asked Christine to be her partner for life.

Christine said yes!

The couple are excited to continue sharing their story and use their platform to inspire women and the LGBTQIA community to embrace their true selves and love without boundaries.

Congratulations to Kirstie and Christine from everyone here at Team DIVA, it’s sure to be a WLW wedding for the history books!
